If you wish to join the Dual Lamination Fabrication Association, do the following steps: 1. After downloading the Membership Application file in PDF format, 2. Use the Hand Symbol from the Tool Bar in the upper left corner of the screen, and 3. Click the Radio buttons and or fill in the blank spaces on the form, 4.
